The reports' goal is to gain a better insight of the company's employee retention and turnover rates via the use of a few graphs made from the collected data. In order to succeed in business, a corporation must recognise that its most precious asset is its workers. An organisation must ensure that after caring for its people, it is able to provide better productivity and customer service. As a result, management must decide whether employee retention and staff turnover rates are normal or worrying. This graph is intended to inform management of the conclusions of dataset from few perspectives in the hopes that management will get insight into the situation.
Understanding the customer is the utmost importance in today's business world. It's competitive and rough to stay ahead for a longer period and try to be relevant at all times with the fast changing-period. By understanding their behavior patterns, it can lead to very impactful business decisions. Thus, by analyzing the Customer Churn at which a customer leaves the platform and takes their money elsewhere, and understanding the underlying customer patterns will greatly impact a business' ability to retain their customers.

The dataset is publically available on kaggle website, and it is from an ongoing cardiovascular research which is taking place on the residents of Framingham city in Massachusettes,USA. The goal is to predict the 10-yrs risk of coronary heart disease. The Framingham dataset provides us with the patients information, with 4240 records and 15 attributes/columns.
